School/Daycare Fall Trips 2020


For over 30 years, thousands of students have been thrilled when their school enriched their educational experience by bringing them to our family farm.  As time has marched on, we still welcome the young and the young at heart to come and embrace what Fall is like here at Merrymead.


Cost: $10.00 per student/teacher/adult (under 1 year old is free)


Included for the Field Trip is a wrist band to participate in the cornstalk tunnel and hayride.  Your group will also receive souviner bags (one for each registered child/adult).  Included in the bag is a small pumpkin, a certificate for a peewee ice cream cone, and a fun farm treasure.  We will also prepare a yummy box of fresh cider donuts for your group (one per person) to be enjoyed here at the Farm's picinic tables or back at your school.  We do have animals on our farm for you to visit but keep in mind that Merrymead has a "look at me only, no touch policy" with the animals.


Please Note! The minimum number of children and adults for the Fall Trip is 15 paying people or a minimum $150.00 charge.


Reservations for the day must be made in advance.

Length: Approx 1 hour for getting loaded onto hayride and venturing through tunnel. Bring a packed lunch and enjoy the outdoors at our picnic tables!

Please encourage everyone to dress appropriately. Tours are outdoors!

Our Fall Field Trips begin Tuesday October 6th, and run every week until Friday, October 30th 2020.
